DIGITAL PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENTS:
Sign up at https://www.portfoliobox.net/school/richlandhighschool for a free site account to get started. Make sure to sign up your graduation year as “December 2020” to get three free years on the site. Follow the easy steps to design your site. Here are the page requirements:
About Page:
- BIOGRAPHY – Talk about yourself. (i.e., birthplace, hobbies, interests, etc.)
- ARTIST’S STATEMENT – What is your art philosophy? What do you like in art? Subject Matter?
- ARTISTIC INFLUENCES – Who/What influences you? Minimum of three needed. Have photos.
- Résumé – List your education, accomplishments/awards, organizations, etc.
Art Gallery Page:
In your gallery, you must have a minimum of ten artworks, and they can be anything you did this year and in the past. You may separate the pages into the years you created the artworks (i.e., “2015-2016”) or by media; here are some examples:
Drawing Painting Mixed Media Sketches
Photography Sculpture Digital Media Misc.
You may have additional pages detailing your other interests, like sports, dance, music, etc.
